Located at 25 Bunting in Winnipeg’s Inkster Industrial Park, this commercial project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing interior and exterior, as well as an addition that doubled the building’s footprint.

Inside, classrooms and boardrooms feature acoustic clouds to absorb sound and improve acoustics, while structural glass and skylights pull light deeper into the building. Outside, a wing-wall canopy protects the entrance approach, and a new, purpose-built shipping container serves as the entrance, welcoming association members, staff, and guests into the building.
